Terms of Use
Last updated 27 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Incept, a personal assistant you reach over WhatsApp. By using Incept, you agree to them.
What Incept is
Incept is an assistant that helps you get things done — answering questions, searching, planning, and carrying out tasks you ask it to. It works for you, on your own accounts and requests.
Using it fairly
- Use Incept for your own lawful purposes, with your own accounts and information.
- Don't use it to break the law, harm others, access accounts that aren't yours, or do anything you're not allowed to do.
- You're responsible for what you ask Incept to do and for the accounts you connect.
Approvals are yours
Incept asks before it spends money or sends something on your behalf (a booking, a purchase, an email, a message). When you say yes, you're authorizing that action. Review what he shows you before approving.
It can be wrong
Incept does its best, but it can make mistakes, miss things, or rely on information that has changed. Prices, times, and availability can be out of date. For anything that really matters, check it yourself before you act on it. Incept is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Availability
This is an evolving service. It may be unavailable at times, change, or be limited without notice. We can decline or end access to anyone.
No warranties
Incept is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it, including actions it takes at your request.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above. Continuing to use Incept means you accept the current version.
